Deadline of Return
You have 30 days from the date of order to make a return or exchange. After 30 days, a 20% replenishment fee may be charged. To start a return or exchange, email support@dynovoxparts.com for the product's return address.

          We offer a free warranty for issues caused by product problems within one year. For issues not related to product quality, customers will be responsible for certain shipping and handling fees.
            Catalytic Converter 
              2 Years or 25000 Miles
                We offer a free warranty for product-related issues within the first year. For after-sales services not related to product quality problems, customers are required to cover certain shipping and handling fees.
                In the second year, for after-sales services due to quality issues, customers need to pay for handling and shipping fees, while we cover the cost of products or parts. After-sales quotes will be provided based on the specific situation.
                After two years, complaints will either not be handled or will be managed at the customer's expense.

                  We offer a free warranty for product-related issues within the first year. For after-sales services not due to product quality problems, customers are required to cover certain shipping and handling fees.

                  From the 2nd to the 3rd year, for after-sales services related to quality issues, customers need to cover certain handling and shipping fees, while we cover the cost of products or parts. After-sales quotes will be provided based on the specific situation.

                  DPF Delete Pipe

                  We provide a complimentary warranty for product-related issues during the initial year. For after-sales services unrelated to product quality issues, customers are responsible for specific shipping and handling fees.

                  From the 2nd to the 5th year, for after-sales services arising from quality concerns, customers are accountable for designated handling and shipping charges, while we assume responsibility for the cost of products or parts. After-sales quotations will be tailored to individual circumstances.

                  Warranty Service Procedure

                  1. Customers can reach us via email, online chat, WhatsApp, or our official social media platforms. They need to provide photos/videos of the product, including additional packaging photos for returns in the initial stage, along with details of the issue, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), error codes, etc. They should also send the purchase receipt and information about the purchasing platform.
                  2. Our after-sales service team evaluates the complaint's timeframe, determines if payment is required, and contacts development/procurement personnel for after-sales recommendations, such as issuing replacement parts, reshipping, or direct re-shipment.
                  3. We contact the customer to propose an after-sales solution and negotiate a resolution.
                  4. We arrange for the product return and re-shipment/refund, organize replacement parts, issue direct replacements if necessary, and conclude the after-sales service.
