DynoVox delivers our orders to customers across the USA every day, and we strive to provide our clients with high-level services. Our shipping goal is to provide the best shipping options. 


1. Do you ship internationally?

NO, We have our warehouses in the United States and we only ship within the United States. We might sell to other countries in the near future though.

2. How much is the shipping?

DynoVox offers Free Shipping on all items to all clients in the United States. If in the future, there is another country available for shopping, we might charge some shipping fees based on the shipping conditions then.

3. What is your shipping method?

We normally offer fast express shipping by FedEx, UPS, and DHL. And we will provide detailed shipping info to our clients.

4. What is the shipping time?

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1-3 Business days
  • Shipping time: US: 3-5 Business days
  • If an order is placed on a weekend or legal holiday, the order will be dispatched in the following working days. A tracking number will be provided once the items are arranged.
  • Please note that these delivery times may be affected by natural conditions such as holidays and weather, and may also be delayed due to customs authorities in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance (if the package is sent from our oversea warehouse).

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

5. How to track my order?

Most orders can be tracked on the official express company site such as FedEx or UPS site, you can also track your order on www.17track.net. What's more, you can always track your order on our site with your order number here.

Please note: shipping may take up to 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.

6. Are there any taxes and duties?

There is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in DynoVox.

Note: During public holidays, shipping time may be affected since manufacturers and courier companies will restrict operations during this period. Although unfortunately, this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
