DynoVox is committed to providing customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, sometimes the product may not meet your expectations, so we want to provide a convenient and effective return policy to help you.


Returns Policy


DynoVox offers a 30 day returns policy for all products, effective from the date of shipping. All parts must be returned in the original packaging, with all supplied parts, cannot be damaged (scratched, dented, etc.) or installed and must be in the original new condition as received. Returns of products that are returned within the 30-day timeframe, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the issue or mistake is made by  DynoVox (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

30 Days - Any returns within 30 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and eligible for a full purchase price refund MINUS return shipping (restocking fee of up to 20%)

30+ Days - Any returns outside of 30+ days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange - excluding warranty claims. 

– When DynoVox Pays For Return Shipping?

  1. Under the circumstance that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be able to exchange or cover the shipping fee if you decide to return it.

  2. Details are listed as below:
  • Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
  • We shipped out the wrong item
  • We shipped it to the wrong address
  • We shipped a duplicate order
  • Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)

The customer is responsible for the return cost to ship the product back to DynoVox facilities on all returns excluding warranties and mistakes made by DynoVox.

For all warranty returns and non-warranty returns, please allow 5 business days for DynoVox to inspect the item. If there are any issues regarding a return, Customer Service will contact the customer. If a refund is to be issued, it will be processed by the 5th business day and the customer will be notified via email. Any refund amounts will be credited to the customer’s original payment method. Customers who use their credit card to purchase should contact their card issuer to determine the average timeframe for when the refund will be posted.


Reason of Return

Please state your reasons when you first request a return or refund. For quality and compatibility issues, please provide photos or videos to our customer service team.
Regarding shipping costs, if the reason for the return is not due to DynoVox's error, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. However, if we make a mistake that results in a return, we will bear the postage cost for your returned item to us.

Return procedure:

  • Email support@dynovoxparts.com to apply and get the return address for your specific product.
  • Return the product and email us the return tracking number.
  • Receive a refund or exchange (Once we receive the return, your refund/exchange will be processed within 2 business days).
  • Please note that DynoVox will not accept unapproved returns, or returns after a specified time frame. Once your return is approved, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be applied to your credit card or Paypal account.
