How To Install?

1. Disconnect the battery and allow the engine to cool.
2. Remove the EGR valve and cooler.
3. Install the anodized block-off plate.
4. Replace the coolant hose.
5. Cut or loosen bolts and clamps on the old exhaust system.
6. Install the front block-off plate and the rear block-off plate.
7. Connect the new throttle valve pipe and other components.
8. Tighten all bolts and clamps securely.
9. Reprogram the engine control module(ECM).
10. Reconnect the battery.
11. Start the engine and check for any leaks.

NO, We have our warehouses in the United States and we only ship within the United States. We might sell to other countries in the near future though.

DynoVox offers Free Shipping on all items to all clients in the United States. If in the future, there is another country available for shopping, we might charge some shipping fees based on the shipping conditions then.
3. What is your shipping method?

Does a 2003 6.0 have an EGR?
One of the most common problems on a 6.0 is a failed EGR cooler, and while it's not terribly difficult to replace on its own, the root cause of the problem is usually somewhere else in the cooling system.
Will EGR delete cause problems?
When the system has been deleted, often these calibrations aren't properly taken into consideration. The compression ratios aren't changed, the temperatures aren't dropped, and the engine timing isn't altered. Suddenly you've created an environment where overheating and high pressure could create some serious problems.
What are the symptoms of a bad EGR valve on a 6.0 Powerstroke?
When the valves stick open or closed, poor drivability, smoke, low power, rough idle and hesitation occur.
Will EGR delete cause black smoke?
You get black smoke from incomplete combustion because the excess fuel in the engine causes the black smoke. Deleting the EGR system does not cause incomplete combustion. Therefore, it will not change the color of the exhaust.
