1. Do You Need to Purchase a Tuning Package?
Yes, the EZ LYNK AutoAgent 3 does not include tuning files by default. You need to purchase a custom tuning package from a professional tuner.
2. Where to Purchase Tuning?
You can buy tuning packages from reputable tuners such as:

Other specialized diesel tuners
3. Do You Need a Technician?
Yes, a technician or tuner is required to provide the correct tuning file for your vehicle. The EZ LYNK AutoAgent acts as a platform to install the tune but does not create it.
4. How to Find a Suitable Technician?
Use the EZ LYNK App: Open the EZ LYNK AutoAgent app, go to "Lynk" > "Technicians", and search for available tuners.
Check Diesel Performance Forums & Social Media: Websites like Duramax Forum, Powerstroke Nation, or Cummins Forum often have tuner recommendations.
Ask for Recommendations: Contact diesel performance shops or truck owners who have done similar modifications.
Always verify that the tuner supports your specific truck model and complies with local regulations before purchasing.
