The DynoVox 4-inch Exhaust is made of high quality T-409 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. It is rigorously tested for corrosion resistance and durability to ensure long term stable operation. With this exhaust installed, you can easily remove the diesel particulate filter (DPF) and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system, effectively increasing horsepower by 30 to 100 horsepower and significantly improving fuel economy. It restores power to your pickup while reducing fuel costs.

Installation:

Installation typically takes about 1 hour using basic hand tools and can be done on the floor of your driveway or garage. Using a car lift may be faster. For vehicles with shorter wheelbase bed/cab configurations, some cutting may be required. This includes clamps, hangers, and hardware, but you may need to reuse some of the stock parts.

Tuner is required:

Deleting the DPF, CAT, SCR, and/or DOC requires eliminating emissions-related sensors. To avoid triggering a Check Engine Light or Diagnostic Trouble Code, a tuner with DPF Delete capability must be used.

Excellent Customer Service & Exhaust System!

Being a newer website/exhaust I was a bit sceptical at first due to the lack of review or information from other people. Customer service was great and answered all of my questions for me very quickly! One pipe was damaged during shipping but they made it right for me right away!
I have used a lot of different aftermarket exhausts before and I was amazed with the near perfect and solid fitment of this system! I was advised that they use T201 Stainless Steel with great quality hardware and build materials. I was able to get a standard size muffler/resonator and it fit flawlessly where their muffler delete pipe is located. I am unable to upload a video for some reason but the video doesn't do it justice anyway. It's pretty quiet at idle and very clean, throaty sound under a load. All in all, I would most definitely purchase this exhaust again! Especially from a price to quality and fitment standpoint. I do wish they offered an option with a muffler and/or tailpipe tip options.
