QUESTIONS ON SHIPPING POLICY
1. Do you ship internationally?
NO, We have our warehouses in the United States and we only ship within the United States. We might sell to other countries in the near future though.
2. How much is the shipping?
DynoVox offers Free Shipping on all items to all clients in the United States. If in the future, there is another country available for shopping, we might charge some shipping fees based on the shipping conditions then.
3. What is your shipping method?
We normally offer fast express shipping by FedEx, UPS, and DHL. And we will provide detailed shipping info to our clients.
4. What is the shipping time?
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3 Business days
Shipping time: US: 3-5 Business day
If an order is placed on a weekend or legal holiday, the order will be dispatched in the following working days. A tracking number will be provided once the items are arranged.
Please note that these delivery times may be affected by natural conditions such as holidays and weather, and may also be delayed due to customs authorities in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
