How To Install?

1. Disconnect the battery and allow the engine to cool.
2. Remove the EGR valve and cooler.
3. Install the anodized block-off plate.
4. Replace the coolant hose.
5. Cut or loosen bolts and clamps on the old exhaust system.
6. Install the front block-off plate and the rear block-off plate.
7. Connect the new throttle valve pipe and other components.
8. Tighten all bolts and clamps securely.
9. Reprogram the engine control module(ECM).
10. Reconnect the battery.
11. Start the engine and check for any leaks.

NO, We have our warehouses in the United States and we only ship within the United States. We might sell to other countries in the near future though.

What does EGR delete do on Duramax?
An EGR delete consists of using a delete kit to remove the system. The benefits include an improvement in engine performance, fuel economy and not having to worry about emergency maintenance on the EGR (or even the engine itself).
Will EGR delete cause black smoke?
You get black smoke from incomplete combustion because the excess fuel in the engine causes the black smoke. Deleting the EGR system does not cause incomplete combustion. Therefore, it will not change the color of the exhaust.
Why do people block off EGR?
Biggest benefit of blocking EGR is not power, slight power increase is there, is that the intake manifold stays clean and as the car logs on miles the engine performance stays relatively consistent provided other routine maintenance is taken care of.
What are the pros and cons of EGR delete?
Quite a bit more power and torque. Better fuel economy on a conservative tune. Better reliability. Less carbon buildup in most cases. You no longer have to be as picky about what oil you use. You'll have a much louder exhaust with more turbo noise. No more buying DEF.
